I had a friend introduce me to a fun variant of the Long Island iced tea he called a "purple haze". Instead of adding cola, add Chambord (or any other black raspberry liquor).
Which reminds me of another one of my favorite drinks - one of the few Guiness coktails I've had that actually improves on the Guiness experience, the black & black: add 1 shot of Black Haus (blackberry liquor) to 1 pint Guiness. You get all the wonderful Guiness taste with a sweet berry finish (and a little extra kick)!
Please try this before telling me I'm breaking universal laws for adulterating Guiness - if it's wrong, then I don't want to be right - its sacrilicious.
