I love G&T's, but a nice alternative is the Mount Gay Rum & tonic, very refreshing on a hot summer day.
Made just like a G&T (with lime), but use Mount Gay Barbados Rum instead.
I have no idea if it would be as good with other rums, I've never tried.
Mount Gay Rum is big in the sailing world.
