As usual, two neaarly polar opposite views of the same incident. I am glad Mr Lozito survived this attack but his law suit (based on case law as I understand it) will not get much traction. If Mr. Lozito's account is indeed true...sadly they can't issue intestinal fortitude along with the badge and gun.
