I think the wording is broadly vague enough that unless he starts WW∞, it would be much easier to revoke an SF Tab.
The Nobel Peace Prize 2009 was awarded to Barack H. Obama "for his extraordinary efforts to strengthen international diplomacy and cooperation between peoples".

I'm not saying he won't one day achieve the honorarium suggested in the title of this thread and the guy IMO may be a first class political huckster in a primus inter pares fashion, but the historical record of some of our Presidents 'achievements' shows that BHO has a long ways to go before being awarded the title of "Weakest President in History"...especially by a British journalist.
