Wait... What?
Not only has this ONLY been true since mid-terms, but this is also the President who promised to 'reach out', 'cross the aisle', 'put our party differences aside', etc... He surely had no 'stymiing' for the first two years when he managed somehow to push through bailout(s) and health care reforms. Sigh. Must be Bush's fault that all this turmoil in the Middle East is occurring in the midst of poor Obamas riegn.
