I grouped the
Kearsarge in with the rest of these articles because it seems a little weird to put an entire MEU in a place where it will not be deployed. With that said, its helicopters might be deploying a Force Recon element with tanker support from the
Enterprise CVG (ETA?) or from Malta. Why a non-uniform American would be in Libya right now is beyond me, though...
