After so many years as a 05B and 18E pack mule, am arthritic throughout my back and knees with no cartilage in knees, compressed L4/5, and a syrinx(fluid on spine). My pain clinic Doc says he's never seen a back like mine in a guy my age (47 at that time). I stopped taking the anti inflammatories (Motrin and Naproxin) years ago since I was destroying my stomach to save my back. I now get the epidurals, Radio Frequency Burns on the nerves, and zanaflex.

It does catch up to ya eventually and oh what a joy it is when it does. Take care of them bones boys.
