As well as in any decent, sane, rational adult in the U.S.!!! Hopefully!
So sad for the child involved in this horrific matter, and even more pathetic is the road that brought this psycho parent to this child, be he Russian or not.
Adults, no matter what their religion, philosophy, or citizenship, SHOULD NOT be given children to care for, if they are mentally unstable/psychopathic/drug users, seeking to carry out revenge among the innocents of soceity.
