After hearing about this, the initial questions that came to mind was:

1. Is it going to be more of a regional threat or stay nationwide?

2. Is is going to be threat specific or general?

It seems to me from the article that one of the issues was that the color code system allegedly caused fear in the hearer rather than preparation. I think one of the reasons for that was the fact that it was so generalized. The only way that it could cause one to be more prepared, IMO, is to be more threat and location specific. I'm interested to see what they produce.
