What are you talking about? His residency requirements are squared away. After all his piano and his wife's fur coat are stuffed in a basement in Chicago. What else do you want? Sheesh.
(Looks like he and his ex-boss have a lot in common in that they both share their difficulties proving their legal residency/citizenship status for office).
