Does anyone know if the 77th group is having a reunion this year?....... Their has to be at least some guys still alive!.........I know I was a snotty nose kid at the time (18)but besides the vets teasing us as "Banks Babies" they were the greatest bunch of guys I have ever had the privilege to serve with.......... It didn't last long however because of cut backs,we were the first to leave and shipped over to the 11th ABN........ However Zonie said to me its better to have been a "has-been"than a "never was"........

I believe that SF is a 'calling' - not too different from the calling missionaries I know received. I knew instantly that it was for me, and that I would do all I could to achieve it. Most others I know in SF experienced something similar. If, as you say, you HAVE searched and read, and you do not KNOW if this is the path for you --- it is not....
