I ordered some Match bullets via UPS from Sierra a few months ago and received a package that had been opened and then taped shut. It was missing one complete box of 100 bullets. I was a little upset so I called them and also went to one of the local offices. They didn't seem too concerned about what happened and told me there was nothing that they could do. I then contacted Sierra and they sent another box. I didn't get any notice that the parcel was inspected so just figured that someone at UPS was also a shooter.
