If your willing to drive down to Eugene the shop I deal with will do it for a 20 dollar fee plus the ten dollar background check. If you gave them a call they may even waive the normal 20 dollar fee as your a QP. Bill H knows the shop I'm talking about and the General Manager personally. He's also a member on here.
