We found a teenaged kid walking home from school the other day wearing ACU bottoms and stopped to have a talk. He said he brought them at the bazaar, not fully knowing what to do, we let him go home.
Directive now is to arrest/detain anyone wearing any sort of ACU pattern clothing, confiscate the item, and turn them over to the ANP.
I guess I don't really have an opinoin, it just seems a touch harsh.
Oh by the way, some of my unit members have had whole duffle bags(read ALL of their OCP gear) stolen from tents on Bagram. Nice huh?
