Would the general consensus of opinion be to BUY or to BUILD if one had a general budget of say $1500.00 US? I am also in the market for a weapon for general purpose usage and may want to go into the 3 gun match in the area (if they have a Senior category).

After having read the stickie at the heading of this category, I wish to retract this inane post and humbly offer my apologize for my lack of SA and my waste of bandwidth. Please Ignore all after "Would".
