Interdependence and training your successor are much more powerful than the despotism you espouse. I believe you need to read a little more philosophy in order to understand the fallacy you spouted - almost directly from Machiavelli (The Prince) and Marx/Englels (Dictatorship of the Proletariat). Maybe you should be also reading some of Aaron Bank's essays, some Nick Rowe, maybe Jefferson, Kant, and John Stuart Mill....
