Half his surface stuff is lifted directly from Stephen R. Covey's work.
Would be willing to bet that he's got a good bit of plagiarism going in addition to the background fraud.
He should have read more of Covey's work.
Covey predicts these sorts of results from such behavior.
It's the cornerstone of his doctrine.
