GREENLIGHT, I would think it would be difficult to embrace this concept of standing up and publicly declaring your opposition to the INS by joining a CDI/ LDI/ALP/ (or whatever acronym comes next week) when the POTUS is repeatedly saying US Forces are drawing down in 9 months. I tend to agree with BearW's opinion on this one. These tribal communities DO pull security, but many do not pull security for anyone outside of their tribe/ village. Every Province is different, and you can't approach each one with a cookie cutter solution.
