Otto SKORZENY said in his autobiography that he never and had strict orders that no one pulls the trigger before he orders or is necessary and that ALL of his main operations were always succesful because of this!

so to relate this to your/STRATFOR "geopolitical necessity" argument.
i submit: The TRUE AUTHENTIC American Way of life that i have experienced
is more than sufficient to convince ANYONE in the world of its superiority that
given the right CIVILIAN ACTION TEAMS worldwide we COULD achieve our goals without firing a shot. The only problem with that....... is.......
...as Eisenhower said : " The Military-Industrial Complex" so we have to give these guys another field to make their money..so that they are weaned off
on to another financial field.
