Looks like this isn't coming across correctly..
Julian Assange is ignoring all suggestions-demands not to publishing the material.
As I understand it, the US ( DoS, Pentagon & ...) have used all channels to get Wikileaks attention.
Reporters Without Boarders and a couple other orgs have tried to tell them not to release the material.
I'm asking what can happen if and when Wikileaks does release additional material and/or the material already released.
I think they can be prosecuted. Deliberately giving information that directly leads to the murder of an individual(s), makes them an accomplice to the crime and consequently open to capital punishment..
I quoted Crook v State Court of Appeals of Texas Feb 9 1889, because it was the 1st hit on google, In reading the findings, it seems apply, in a fashion, to Wikileaks.

Can Wikileaks be held responsible for the Taliban's use of this material???
As to the little shit who released the information,, he'll get his, no doubt..
