Do you think it is pertinent to speculate on who this sailor is, what his job / rate / unit is? I know the non-QPs may have no idea about surviving in a non-government detention situation, but for the sake of the poor soul (stupid, unlucky, or both), it might be in his best interest for us not to speculate or discuss his particulars until he has returned WITH HONOR! Once it is resolved we can all throw our opinions around and discuss it at length.
