POD,I know exactly where you're coming from,I had that decision with my 3 boys..... I had them on hockey skates when they were 2 years old and they always played above their division level and made the travel team easy enough........I think its great that he's playing above his level and good luck and hope he makes the travel team..... BTW Echoes 100% right...

I believe that SF is a 'calling' - not too different from the calling missionaries I know received. I knew instantly that it was for me, and that I would do all I could to achieve it.
