I have the GoPro. As an avid surfer for 22 years and hailing from Hawaii it makes a great addition to your expeditions out and about with your friends or family. I have some video footage of surfing last time I was on leave up in Sunset Beach and Waimea. I will do my best to get ahold of some of the videos and upload so you can see how well it worked for me.
