I have been watching the whole LatAm scenario for the last few yrs. I gotta agree with GL's assessment. Mexico appears to be falling apart, politically and with drug wars. I have an ongoing bet with my son that says we will have boots on the ground by the end of the year. If not IN Mexico, certainly defending our borders.
With our national attention turned to the ME, Hugo thinks he can just play fast and loose. He is getting in bed with muchachos he don't want to be in bed with when all is said and done. It's one thing for him to play kissy face with Fidel, but the Iranians.... man he is like a kid poking an electrical socket with a butter knife to see if it sparks.
He needs a lead hearing aid.
