Tresspasser-He's worse than that
He's worse than a trespasser. He's at least a burglar or an attempted robber. I would think of using the vehicle as a weapon and definitely a weapon if he was in a shooting positon. Contact the police ASAP with a description and location laast known direction. Your buddy was very lucky he wasn't more a victim or even a decedant.
