Some resources you might try for RBCD ammo:

Dealers List. Not always up to date.
GunBroker.com. I bought some 380 RBCD at a good price through them.
Buffalo Creek Firearms, a frequent GunBroker seller where I got the 380 mentioned above.

Full disclosure: I've had paperwork to become an RBCD dealer for a long time. I have no current plans to execute them, although I have not ruled it out.
