Afchic you know if they would just let the lower leadership get rid of the dead weight, oxygen stealing, incompetent NCO's and junionr officers wondering around bumping into walls there probably wouldn't be a need to actually rift anyone. I had a folder thicker than my thumb on a SNCO who was not only incompetent but lazy and just plain thick as well, he had 20 years in and all I wanted to do was not let him re-enlist, but what did leadership (O-6) do, a trophy for everyone

Afchic I respect you, and you're fighting a good fight but in a losing battle, the AF is retarded and I see no hope for a change in their future. I fear in the not to distant future we will lose air superiority due to the leadership failures in the USAF, case in point KC-X.
