RF1, that sounds exactly like the corporate world and how older workers have been targeted in the RIFs...especially at large companies that self-insure their medical plans.
The question is, in a voluntary service organization where folks put in years protecting our country, should they be subject to the same push out the door that older corporate workers are getting?
