Ok, first of all and defering to any lawyers that have worked SD cases - BS. Youy can very easily show proof that the trigger job was done to improve accuracy, which shows the opposite of reckless. Mag safety is a little different, but there is plenty of precedent on this as well.
But anyway, what can be done can be undone. Go have the mag safety re-installed and get a different trigger job. Trigger on a combat handgun shouldn't be too light anyway.
