The article says "infantryman who fired mortars." If that's true it means 11 charlie, but who knows what got lost on the way to the presses.
Pretty much everybody I know from the Army has been deployed more than once. I don't know anyone who did this kinda crap. The numbers say it's all him and not the deployment.
