Leadership making removal decisions should be limited to those who have been fired at by the enemy withing the last 365 days. Then, perhaps, I would have some respect for their authority.
Although I've often regretted that I did not serve, I've always had "authority issues." Ah then, that's what basic training is for, isn't it.
