Before anyone here gets their
vicky secret thongs in yet another OpEd twist, it might be worth considering how little difference might exist between a priority 1 and 2 task at that level when viewed in context among a few of our intelligence community's on-going highest priority concerns - such as maybe support to military operations, proliferation, narcotics trafficking, terrorism, and global crime.
Remember - it's a BIG world out there...and being #1 or #2 on such a list of priorities might not be much of a difference after all.
However - YMMV - and so it goes...
