At the strong recommendations here, I'm over a third of the way through this.

It's an interesting and entertaining read so far.

I applaud Greg's philanthropic work towards a noble goal - helping provide education to children who have little opportunity without his efforts.

One note of caution, the overly positive way this book paints islam is somewhere between propaganda and da'wah (islamic proselytization).*

In that respect, it's reminiscent of the frequently used college text on islam:

By only focusing on the early revelations, it overlooks abrogation and the "kill 'em all, let allah sort em out" of the later revelations.
