It's quite a feat to explain the president's constitutional power in war time. Even more so on a comedy show with an unsympathetic host. Nonetheless, Yoo wins the battle with Jon Stewart on the Daily Show.
What I got out of it was that people can toss around the words "torture" and "war crimes," but it's pretty hard to actually win a debate on the topics with a well informed dissenter who also happens to be a constitutional lawyer.
Obama is obliquely referenced as one of the executives that "shrink" the office of the president when he fails to use the powers granted to the office in order to protect national security. Yoo does a good job describing the unprecedented nature of the threat and why a law enforcement approach is not appropriate.
