Those two heroes did amazing things as well as the other warriors on that team. In my humble opinion, there should have been several Medals of Honor and several Distinquished Service Crosses awarded for the Battle of Mari Gharin addition to Silver Stars.
I know what OUR family did. They know what they did, and I owe them my life, because these warriors have become my family, my heart, and my life. I only wish others could know what they did, and that is one of my missions in life now.
I apologize if expressing my opinion here is out of line - I love these men, and they should be recgonized for ALL that they have done.
