Sadly, Mexico has reached a level of chaos and can only be characterized as a
failed state.
Options:
1 - Send in the Texas Rangers to prop up the Mexican LE / criminal justice system.
2 - Decapitate the cartels by other means.
Either way, annexation with enforcement / deterrent by US security forces.
That's my New Year's prediction for 2011.
