I would not expect much assistance until you fill in the blanks. If that is too much to ask, you might just want to let it be and move on with your life.

A pattern of deceptive behavior is not a desired attribute and is likely to repeat itself.

If you have not reviewed AR 40-501, as we advise people in the stickies, you might want to. I do not think the MEPS Doc can waive DQ med issues for 18s.
