It's primarily those involved in the illegal alien trade - which overlaps the drug trade - and can be quite a thrill, depending upon in which neighborhood in Phoenix you live, or where you happen to drive.
Mayor Phil Gordon is playing "the Wizard of Oz" - "pay no attention to those armed men in front of the curtain." Sheriff Arpaio primarily rounds up gardeners and the kitchen crew from my closest "Filibertos" - no more late night tacos. Officials at Phoenix PD play "Alfred E. Neuman" - "What me worry?" And the governor? I doubt she has even found her office yet - she automatically goes to the Secretary of State's office (glorified paper-pusher) in AZ gov't.
