Larry, I think President Bush and the Republican led House and Senate did an admirable {job} under difficult circumstances getting us into the fight. There was no way anyone, much less the new administration (following the disastrous Klinton eight years), could have anticipated the 9-11 attack. Besides, that was eight years ago. Let's just resource the damn thing, get it done and get home by Christmas 2011.
