Someone who grew up as a "citizen of the world", and not one of this country, with his allegiances more toward the sharing of what US citizens have, through their labors and sacrifices while defending other democracies?

Someone who wants to seize the assets of the nation and use those assets as currency to buy the loyalty of the dissatisfied who within?
