I will be the first to admit that it's pretty difficult to find a Dari, Pashto, or even a fluent Arabic (insert dialect here) speaker that IS NOT a Muslim...but they are out there. Egyptians, Lebanese, etc.

USG hiring based on religion is REPORTEDLY against the law.
