My ODA with our Commando's went into Wanat for 3 days immediately following the initial attack to clear the valley and allow them the time to withdrawal. To this day I still can't believe anyone would ever try and build a base there. Not to mention the arsenal we discovered in the ANP District Center.
Interesting to see all this still being brought up in the media.
