TS, I sincerely doubt Brown was actually trying to imply that Jews had any sort of power beyond our own destiny. He was referring to the accusations made against us on a fairly regular basis - absolutely, horrendously, stupid accusations, as you pointed out.
I still fail to see how Israel could have affected the US elections. Maybe I've missed something?
Your statement that you'd fight alongside Israel was really the point I was trying to make earlier, so I'm glad we seem to be in agreement there.
