The biggest problem is that the roads that lead to the ranges are public access state roads. Anyone can go on that portion of Bragg.
It is big boy, common sense, don't be a jacka** rules. When a sign every 10 meters states, unexploded ordinance, do not enter, well the police call it a clue.
These gentlemen did not have one of those.
Hell, you guys missed the fools that came crawling out of the impact area one morning because their vehicle was stuck "out there in the woods". Unfortunately "the woods" was the impact area for 105, 155 and MLRS practice. The vehicle, or what is left, is out there now as a new target.
