I liked the pointy, hooked scrapers, based on personal experience, I think they are for scraping up by the gum line or perhaps scaling the flat surfaces of the teeth.
The mirrors are handy for inspecting chambers and directing light into dark areas.
If you wanted correct nomenclature, you should have run a class.
Oh, and I also liked the tiny brush, that is very handy as well.
