In Sha allah works both ways.
"It was Allah's will that I forgot to call the transport officer yesterday and tell him you needed trucks to take the troops to the rifle range. It was Allah's will that I went out last night visiting with friends, got home late, overslept and was not in the office when you called trying to get the trucks. If it would have been Allah's will that the trucks be there then they would have been there."
