Fox was talking about for the last few days... ( http://www.foxnews.com/politics/2009...8:b27240400:z0).... and from what I understand, about 2% is being paid back, if that. Of course, I cannot see how this program helps the dealerships if they are offering DOUBLE for clunkers (Saw that in MS and CO). Bailouts, healthcare, clunkers, carbon footprints, domestic "terrorists"...the poor poor Big O! If you aren't for him, you are against him! <sigh>
