A local kid I know, he hit a pedestrian with his car, while intoxicated, left the scene of the accident and left a person dieing. The pedestrian who's leg was severed 'might' have survived had the boy stopped and called 911.
Thanks to Mommy and Daddy's money and civic ties he served a 120 day sentence.
