Actually, dyslexia has nothing to do with that particular string of scrambled words. It's more of a check on your vocabulary and association: The words are not entirely backwards, only the letters between the first and last letter are mixed.
Therefore your mind is making a fast association based on the first and last letters, word length, and your own vocabulary.
