I concur......  But then I asked myself do I still have the "jahones?" to jump from an airplane in fright again!  I'm just a kid at 72, compared to the 85 year old who is willing to go for it on his birthday ........ To all you old farts out there,do you honestly think you can do it? I'm filled with all the bravado, my spirt is willing,but my body is ?????

I believe that SF is a 'calling' - not too different from the calling missionaries I know received. I knew instantly that it was for me, and that I would do all I could to achieve it. Most others I know in SF experienced something similar. If, as you say, you HAVE searched and read, and you do not KNOW if this is the path for you --- it is not....
